・標準治療の選択肢;
R-CHOP;リツキサン(rituximab)/CPA/ADR/VCR/PSL、多剤併用化学療法単独(CHOP)、
自己骨髄・自己末梢血幹細胞移植・同種骨髄移植(臨床評価段階)、
・成人リンパ芽球性リンパ腫;侵攻性の強い型の非ホジキンリンパ腫(NHL);
治療法は通常ALLに倣う
・びまん性小型非切れ込み細胞/バーキットリンパ腫;
進行期侵攻性リンパ腫(びまん性大細胞リンパ腫)に用いるのとほぼ同じ積極的な多剤レジメン
CNS予防法(通常メトトレキサートの髄腔内注射4〜6回)が推奨
・再発緩慢性成人非ホジキンリンパ腫;再発侵攻性成人非ホジキンリンパ腫のレジメンにより治療
